– There are 6 bedrooms in the villa – 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms have AC.
– 3 bedrooms have an attached balcony.
– All rooms have attached bathrooms.
– 3 rooms have king-size beds, while 2 rooms offer double beds. The sixth room has a queen-size bed. The villa also has a sofa bed that can be used to sleep.
– There are 6 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
– There’s also 1 shared bathroom in the villa on the ground floor.
– The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
– All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels, and toiletries.
– The living room has a flat-screen TV, portable music system, AC and WiFi accessibility and a balcony.
– It has seating arrangements for up to 6-7 people.
– The villa has a private pool for guests to use.
– There’s a private lawn where guests can unwind.
– Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
– Drinking is allowed at the villa.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. However, you can smoke outdoors.
– Pets are not allowed.
– College students are not permitted to stay at the villa.
– There are CCTV cameras in the indoor and outdoor area for security purposes.
– The pool depth goes up to 5 ft. Caution is advised, especially if children are staying at the villa.
– All-male groups are not allowed.
The place is 34.5 km. away from Goa International Airport and 16 km. away from Thivim Railway Station. We will be able to help you with more information on the location and how to get here once you have booked.
Breakfast is complimentary, Guests are allowed to cook and consume vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. A chef can be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability. All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
The pool can be used from 7 AM to 10 PM. The pool is 5 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Yes – alcohol is permitted, but only indoors. Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehavior of any kind!
Yes, an inverter is available here. It supports some lights and fans for 4-5 hours.
The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
