It is not an overstatement to say, is the holiday home of your dreams. This beautifully decorated home lies on the banks of a river where Wader birds nest. What adds to the charm of the place is the fact that the outhouse was originally a ferry jetty and used until the adjacent bridge was built. On some of the wooden columns, even today, one can see the dates written way back to 1937! Lounge by the pool and enjoy a relaxing getaway at this holiday home.
– There are 4 spacious bedrooms – 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
– All rooms offer amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi, king-sized beds, and attached bathrooms.
– A few rooms also offer a dressing table.
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
– There is a living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
– It is equipped with a music system, TV and Wi-Fi.
– There is a dining area.
– The pool is 32×19 ft. in size and 5.5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool till 10 PM.
– There is a lawn and a balcony. Outdoor furniture for 14 people is available.
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
The villa is relatively secluded.
This property is not suitable for pets.
There are 2 friendly resident dogs at the villa premises.
There is a CCTV camera that captures the lawn, pool, and outhouse exterior for security purposes.
In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours and the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 8 hours.
The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
The bed linen and towels will be changed every three days.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability.
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Smoking is allowed only outdoors. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
No breakable glasses, crockery, or cutlery is allowed near the pool.
Guests should not attempt to feed the resident dogs at the property.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
All-male groups are not allowed.

The place is 50 km. away from Goa International Airport and 14 km. away from Pernem Railway Station. We will be able to help you with more information on the location and how to get here once you have booked.
All meals can be provided at an additional cost. The price will depend on the individual items ordered.
The pool can be used from 7 AM to 10 PM. The pool is 5.5 ft. deep. Children must always be supervised in and around the pool. Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool, so as to keep it clean. Please do not carry any glassware in and around the pool. This is for your safety. While we ensure the chlorine levels are kept in line with standard usage, extended exposure to pool water may cause rashes. If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious. Please shower before and after using the pool, and change out of clothes worn during your swim soon after you leave the pool. Please do not use the indoor furniture while wet.
Yes – alcohol is permitted, but only indoors. Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehavior of any kind!

– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
